Strive Health Rewards

There are changes coming to the Health Rewards Program and your account with Rally. Please take note of the following and plan to take the appropriate action before December 31, 2022.

• Your 2022 Rally account will expire on December 31, 2022. Be sure to use all your Rally Coins before the expiration date. You will not have access to them after 2022.

AFTER January 1, 2023:

• You will need to create a new Strive account. From a desktop computer: Log in to myhealthtoolkitfl.com, select the Wellness tab, and then Strive. From a mobile device: Log in to your My Health Toolkit account, select Benefits, and then Strive to get started.

• Follow the steps above to register for your account (you earn credits for your initial registration too!). Next, complete the confidential Health Assessment. It assesses your health across factors ranging from fitness to mental health. You will receive a personalized report with suggested steps that work with your lifestyle.

• Then, complete NEW activities to receive credits that convert to Health Rewards dollars from Bloomin’ Brands. Credits are awarded within eight weeks from the completion date of an activity or the date a claim is processed. Credits are converted to dollars and deposited into your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) on or around the 10th of the month following the date your credits are awarded.
