On March 13, 2020, the President declared the outbreak of COVID-19 in the United States constituted a national emergency beginning March 1, 2020 and was extended on January 15, 2022 and remains in effect until the end of the public health emergency. The Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) contain important information about each plan’s coverage, limitations, and exclusions. Bloomin’ Brands encourages you to become familiar with the SPDs.
