Benefit Updates for 2024

Good news! Your benefits will see very few changes for next year. There are just a couple news items to take note of:

• One Open Enrollment Period: This fall, everyone regardless of restaurant concept will have the same enrollment period. Make your benefit elections or changes between October 31 and November 14, 2023. Your updates will take effect January 1, 2024.
• Your benefit plan choices and your per paycheck contributions will not change for 2024.
• The IRS limits for Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions will go up for 2024. If you participate in the Choice HSA or the Value HSA plans, you and Bloomin’ Brands can contribute up to $4,150 for single coverage or $8,300 for family coverage. As before, you can contribute an additional $1,000 per year if you’re age 55 or older.
• Keep in mind that Health Rewards activities must be completed every year to continue receiving Bloomin’ Brands incentives in your health account.
